I’m a board-certified psychiatrist in California with an integrative and holistic approach, combining thoughtful psychopharmacology with care for the whole person; mind, body, and environment. I take time to understand each individual’s unique story.

In addition to my clinical work, I serve as faculty at a medical school and a psychiatry residency program, and I am Chair of Women’s Psychiatry at the Central California Psychiatric Society. These roles keep me connected to education, leadership, and advocacy in the field, while deepening the care I provide to my patients.
